Serving as your District 5 Supervisor, I've driven transformative initiatives County wide. Amidst the pandemic’s chaos, I took the reins to expedite the vaccination process and strengthen local businesses through an immediate grant funding program. Projects have been advanced that enhance our community's quality of life. I championed the first mission/vision statement that advocates for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. I have secured allocations toward workforce housing and a new regional library. My work includes the creation of regional coalitions to confront environmental sustainability, impact and recreational priorities.

Building powerful alliances during my first term has earned backing at the local, regional, state and federal levels, thereby amplifying our capacity to address critical concerns like wildfire, housing, social services, and the environment. When I earn your vote for a second term, I pledge to further develop these solutions, strengthen community resilience, and broaden regional networks, which directly serve District 5 and the entire Nevada County.
